Request Authorization
Contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring that all manuals, parts, and protective materials are included.
Label and Ship
Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton and send the package via a traceable carrier to our distribution center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality compliance, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
